Today the framers continued with the hardiplank and they framed the chimney. Frank continued with the plumbing and added the washing machine valve. They've added hardiplank to the carport and hung the doors to the storage rooms. here's a closer look at the chimney and the new awning over the side window.

As you can see, the roof has been sheeted with plywood and covered with tar paper at this point. Mr. Daniel and Keith hanging more Tyvek.

Here are our exposed rafter tails. Here are two rear views of our house and Mia, too. Here you can see Keith hard at work along with the HUGE laminated beam that spans the opening to our carport.

Here even the carport has rafters and they've started wrapping the house with Tyvek. Keith and Mia in the doorway of the breezeway.

Here is the house with all the rafters up and a lot more of the plywood sheathing. You can even see Mia taking in the view from her new front steps.

I apologize for the lack of posting lately. I had misplaced my camera cord, but luckily I recently found it and was able to download all of my pictures. Here is how the house looked on March 17th. The framers had started putting up the plywood sheathing and there is one lonely rafter sticking up.
